The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building with elevator.

• To easy check-in process, you will receive by email a form to fill with your identification that will be sent immediately to SEF.
• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these amenties) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• We are not responsible for items forgotten/left in the apartment. Before leaving the apartment, please, ensure you have all of your belongings with you.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112

For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.
DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE. OPENING COST 200€.
If you lose or take with you the parking remote control, the replace costs is 200€.

Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

I had an amazing experience staying at this apartment. It’s a very stylish place with everything you need inside. The view from the windows over Lisbon is beautiful and the small balcony is perfect for enjoying a meal or a glass of wine in the evening sun. As a young person, I had no issues with the stairs, but I can imagine they might be challenging for some older guests. There was occasionally a bit of an odor from the bathrooms, but it didn’t affect the overall experience at all - everything worked perfectly. The location is great, with lots of nice places nearby for breakfast and dinner and even a gym right next to the building. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Lisbon!

Greeted with a bottle of wine and snacks! Fantastic flat brilliant location good contacts and recommendations. Be prepared for 72 steps up to the flat so we planned our day carefully but worth the view. Only downer was the WC plumbing no toilet paper allowed but I believe this is across the board for older buildings. The flat itself was high spec very modern.

This Airbnb is in the best possible location. I’ve visited Lisbon many times and have never had so many coffee shops and restaurants walking distance! So close to Time Out market which is our favourite place to eat! The mattresses are very firm so just make sure that’s something you like. We would stay here again

Joana's place was a great stay! The apartment is beautifully renovated and very comfortable. It has a small but lovely balcony with nice views of the river. The location is pretty close to the old city center, and the neighborhood feels welcoming. It’s on one of the top floors, so there are quite a few stairs to climb, but the walk is definitely worth it. I highly recommend this place!

Welcome to our stunning 2-bedroom apartment with elevator and parking!
Located in a charming neighborhood with several restaurants and cafes, this apartment is just 10 minutes from downtown Lisbon, on Rua das Janelas Verdes. It was recently renovated and boasts a new décor.

The apartment has two bedrooms (one of them is a suite), two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and two parking spaces.
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a building with elevator.
The parking place is very good, but the access to it is very tiny and hard... so if you have a big car, the access through the ramp will be very difficult.

Sehr geräumige Wohnung, in der die Aufteilung und die beiden Bäder gemeinsames Reisen und trotzdem Privatsphäre erlauben. Gute Ausstattung, einfacher Check In/Check Out, sehr sauber, gute Kommunikation. Lage ist klasse: jede Menge kleine Restaurants, egal ob fürs Frühstück oder spätem Abendessen in 500 m Umkreis und idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten da neben dem Museu Nacional de Arte Antiga, also quasi in der Mitte zwischen dem Torre de Belem und dem Museu Nacional do Azulejo gelegen. Gerne wieder!

O apartamento é muito bom e corresponde fielmente às fotos. Tudo é de boa qualidade, muito bem localizado e funcionando bem. Era uma região que eu já conhecia, o que ajudou bastante. Vale destacar que fica no primeiro andar, o que poderia gerar algum barulho da rua, mas as janelas são antirruído e isso resolve bem a questão. O único ponto de melhoria seria em relação ao check-in. Quando chegamos, o controle da garagem não estava disponível, o que nos deixou praticamente um dia sem acesso. Conseguimos nos virar abrindo o portão manualmente, mas só recebemos o controle no final do dia. Além disso, a casa não tinha instruções, o que dificulta um pouco — coisas básicas como onde levar o lixo, recomendações sobre o funcionamento de equipamentos e até informações sobre a rede de Wi-Fi (que tivemos que procurar embaixo do modem). Esse tipo de atenção faria bastante diferença. Fora isso, a estadia foi muito boa.

Amazing location to walk to a lot, but on a quiet street so you can get away from the bars and restaurants. Keep in mind it’s a very old building so if someone is in the apartment above you, you will hear everything. It was a cozy apartment with plenty of space and places to put all of your clothes and unpack for your stay. It’s a small street, if you need a van or larger car to pick you up or drop off, you may have to walk down the street a bit. Overall, great place and amazing location.

We had a great three-week stay in this apartment. It was just what we needed. The layout allows for lots of privacy and space to spread out. The balcony was great for a small group (4 people) to have dinner overlooking Orange and peach trees. In short it had everything we needed and was a short walk to our two favorite places in Lisbon: Praca das Flores and Principe Real!

Joanna’s place was perfect for our stay in Lisbon! Well equipped and on the first floor which was perfect. The terraces were great for getting some fresh air throughout the stay and the beds were comfortable! Each room also has a desk workspace. The WiFi worked well for us for multiple people to work on a VPN but did get a little spotty with video zoom meetings.

• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these amenities) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112

For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.

Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Wir hatten ein paar herrliche Tage in Lissabon! Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, super hell, modern, gemütlich, sauber und top eingerichtet. In der Gegend gibt es viele kleine hübsche Cafés. Die Lage ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um Lissabon zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit Joana verlief super schnell, freundlich und reibungslos. Genau wie der nette persönliche Check-In. Spacious, bright, comfortable, clean and super located apartment, that we can absolutely recommend. Two floors, two balconies - one of them with a view to the river and across the whole city and with a beautiful sunset, also beautiful marble bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Great place where you feel you are part of the great city of Lisbon and that it is right there for you to explore. Great neighborhood - with so, so many plants everywhere. Seems like everybody made a commitment to adorn their houses, restaurants, etc. with lush greenery. Charming square one block down with amazing coffee and great restaurants. Feels super safe - I went running at midnight one day -- no problem. Highly recommended

My family and I had a wonderful time at Joana’s apartment. It was exactly as described and an extremely comfortable space for us to spend our time in Lisbon. Joana was very communicative and responsive and provided us with baby items such as a travel cot, high chair and baby bath. The area is family friendly with some amazing parks and cafes nearby. The apartment is at the top of the building so be prepared to hike up the stairs daily. But the views are worth it! We hope to stay in one of her flats again.

Beware: there’s a club across the street that doesn’t shut down until 6am. Was noticeable from the bedroom, but tolerable with a white noise machine. Beautiful balcony views, block away from vibrant, cool park with places to eat and drink all over. Communicative and helpful host.

Joana’s place was absolutely exceptional! The apartment looked exactly like the photos - clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with lovely balconies and a very comfortable bed. We were warmly welcomed with a little hamper of wine and biscuits, which was such a thoughtful touch. Check-in was seamless thanks to Joana’s cousin, Hugo, who met us, showed us around the apartment and provided an incredibly detailed list of recommendations that proved extremely useful throughout our stay. Although we had been a little concerned about potential noise from the club at the end of the street after reading some reviews, we experienced no issues at all, so don’t let that deter you from booking! The location was fantastic, everything was spotless and we truly felt at home. We would love to return. Thank you, Joana & Hugo!

Cute apartment - good spot for our family to explore Lisbon! Apartment is just a few steps above the street level, offering a quiet space but still easy to get in and out. The balcony had a very beautiful view. One thing to note is that the apartment is very centrally located, but to get from the main busy street, you have to walk a few blocks uphill (you can’t really escape the hills in Lisbon!). Thank you!

We loved Joana's apartment! Very large, convenient and as advertised. Her checkin procedure was perfect with meeting us at the door and giving us not only a great orientation to the apartment but also the surrounding area. We would stay again! One small note: 2 of the 3 bedroom face the street and on the weekends, it can be a bit noisy. As the area does not allow after 10 pm, you may want to get the phone number of the local police if things get too noisy. Can't wait to return!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location! Location. Location. Location. More than enough space for 2 people and on a very quiet but centrally located street. Know it’s an older building (120years!) so you may hear some creaks or footsteps but the street itself is quiet. The beds were also very comfortable! The biggest shoutout is to Mariana!! If we needed more toilet paper, tide pods, or to fix the umbrella on the balcony, she was beyond helpful, quick, and kind! She was warm and made us feel very at home in the space 🙂 We are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Joana’s place matched the photos and had all the amenities needed for a longer stay. Great location—close to a vibrant area but quiet. Comfortable beds, nice living space, and a pleasant patio view. Some overgrown vegetation blocked part of the view, which could use a trim but overall, a solid stay.

Zeer fijn verblijf gehad in dit appartement. We verbleven hier toen het 38° C was, terwijl er geen airco aanwezig is. Maar doordat het appartement zich op de gelijkvloers bevindt en we de ramen altijd goed konden afsluiten was het hier steeds vrij koel. De host was heel vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour (3 nuits) dans cet appartement. Il est spacieux et sa situation est idéal. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de la literie: les lits et oreillers sont confortables et les draps étaient impeccable (comme à l’hôtel) Nous avons aussi aimé le petit balcon et sa vue partiellement dégagée. La chambre avec le grand lit donne sur la rue et peut être un peu plus bruyante que la chambre avec les lits jumeaux qui donne sur une petite cour mais la rue est paisible la plupart du temps.. Je reviendrai avec plaisir!
