A really comfortable apartment to stay in. The furnishings are high-quality, the kitchen is very well-equipped, nice marble bathrooms, and it was super clean. Perfect location next to a cool neighbourhood full of cafes, good restaurants, and a good gym, 5 minutes walk away. Easy to check in and helpful hosts. Would stay again.

Beautiful apartment, in a convenient location near many amenities and a short walk or drive to the city center. The apartment has all the basics for the dish washer, laundry machine, Nespresso machine and coffee pods, sugar and basic toiletries. Very neat, clean, comfortable with plenty of hot water. Easy communication with the host.

Great place to stay, very clean and spacious, well equiped with everything needed for self catering, extremly well located right by the train station and within 10/15 min walking distance to anywhere we wanted. Sehr geräumige Wohnung, in der die Aufteilung und die beiden Bäder gemeinsames Reisen und trotzdem Privatsphäre erlauben. Gute Ausstattung, einfacher Check In/Check Out, sehr sauber, gute Kommunikation. Lage ist klasse: jede Menge kleine Restaurants, egal ob fürs Frühstück oder spätem Abendessen in 500 m Umkreis und idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten da neben dem Museu Nacional de Arte Antiga, also quasi in der Mitte zwischen dem Torre de Belem und dem Museu Nacional do Azulejo gelegen. Gerne wieder!

O apartamento é muito bom e corresponde fielmente às fotos. Tudo é de boa qualidade, muito bem localizado e funcionando bem. Era uma região que eu já conhecia, o que ajudou bastante. Vale destacar que fica no primeiro andar, o que poderia gerar algum barulho da rua, mas as janelas são antirruído e isso resolve bem a questão. O único ponto de melhoria seria em relação ao check-in. Quando chegamos, o controle da garagem não estava disponível, o que nos deixou praticamente um dia sem acesso. Conseguimos nos virar abrindo o portão manualmente, mas só recebemos o controle no final do dia. Além disso, a casa não tinha instruções, o que dificulta um pouco — coisas básicas como onde levar o lixo, recomendações sobre o funcionamento de equipamentos e até informações sobre a rede de Wi-Fi (que tivemos que procurar embaixo do modem). Esse tipo de atenção faria bastante diferença. Fora isso, a estadia foi muito boa.

Amazing location to walk to a lot, but on a quiet street so you can get away from the bars and restaurants. Keep in mind it’s a very old building so if someone is in the apartment above you, you will hear everything. It was a cozy apartment with plenty of space and places to put all of your clothes and unpack for your stay. It’s a small street, if you need a van or larger car to pick you up or drop off, you may have to walk down the street a bit. Overall, great place and amazing location.

We had a great three-week stay in this apartment. It was just what we needed. The layout allows for lots of privacy and space to spread out. The balcony was great for a small group (4 people) to have dinner overlooking Orange and peach trees. In short it had everything we needed and was a short walk to our two favorite places in Lisbon: Praca das Flores and Principe Real!

The apartment was lovely and worked really well for our family of three. The stairs were no problem at all for our three year old daughter. The views from the rooftop terrace where amazing. The neighborhood is really nice and quaint with small cafes and restaurants everywhere. Parks with playgrounds where also nearby, which our daughter loved. Just a small tip to my fellow light sleepers; there is a bar/club nearby and they play music really loudly until 6am, and after closing the the party people hang around the streets talking loudly. So I suggest you take some earplugs with you just in case ? I can highly recommend this apartment, even for families with small kids ☺️

Cute apartment - good spot for our family to explore Lisbon! Apartment is just a few steps above the street level, offering a quiet space but still easy to get in and out. The balcony had a very beautiful view. One thing to note is that the apartment is very centrally located, but to get from the main busy street, you have to walk a few blocks uphill (you can’t really escape the hills in Lisbon!). We loved Joana's apartment! Very large, convenient and as advertised. Her checkin procedure was perfect with meeting us at the door and giving us not only a great orientation to the apartment but also the surrounding area. We would stay again! One small note: 2 of the 3 bedroom face the street and on the weekends, it can be a bit noisy. As the area does not allow after 10 pm, you may want to get the phone number of the local police if things get too noisy. Can't wait to return!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location! Location. Location. Location. More than enough space for 2 people and on a very quiet but centrally located street. Know it’s an older building (120years!) so you may hear some creaks or footsteps but the street itself is quiet. The beds were also very comfortable! The biggest shoutout is to Mariana!! If we needed more toilet paper, tide pods, or to fix the umbrella on the balcony, she was beyond helpful, quick, and kind! She was warm and made us feel very at home in the space 🙂 We are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Zeer fijn verblijf gehad in dit appartement. We verbleven hier toen het 38° C was, terwijl er geen airco aanwezig is. Maar doordat het appartement zich op de gelijkvloers bevindt en we de ramen altijd goed konden afsluiten was het hier steeds vrij koel. De host was heel vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Great location and spacious! It was close enough to where all the action is, but far enough for peace and quiet during the evenings. The group I traveled with loved that we had our own rooms, but please note, there's only one bathroom. You can imagine at times where some bickering happened :). The check-in process was seamless because Joana's colleague welcomed us and answered all of our questions. Overall, for our first time in Lisbon, what mattered the most is that the location and host were exceptional. I would highly recommend staying here.

The neighborhood was convenient, although some routes involved steep hills, which were a bit difficult on days when I was travelling with my 72‑year‑old father. As a first-time visitor to Lisbon, this was a fantastic place. The apartment in Príncipe Real is very roomy, spotless, and has excellent water pressure in the showers, which was a huge plus. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes from Manteigaria for custard tarts and right by Nivà for incredible gelato. The hosts were very kind and professional; they gave a great introduction to the apartment's features when I arrived and made the check-out process very clear and easy. I had a wonderful experience here and would definitely recommend it for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay.

The apartment was everything we could have hoped for and was even more beautiful than the photos. The balcony had incredible views perfect for watching the sunset or having a morning coffee and the apartment came with everything you could need (the central AC and washing machine especially). However we barely even cooked because of the proximity to such great restaurants and shops! The space was perfect and the host was so responsive and helped with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

Project Habitats place was a great resting spot in Lisbon..From my first impression of offering to set up a ride from the airport to check out, everything went very smooth. Great brunch spot , (Seagull Method)just steps from their location. Felt very safe walking the neighborhood late at night after fun in Lisbon. My only drawback was the stairs, please dont underestimate the stairs! Pack light, as carrying almost 50 lbs suitcases up and down the steep stairs was quite the task.

Very cute apartment in an amazing Lisbon location — close to funky shops, great restaurants, and quirky bars. We happened to visit during an unusually wet week, and since places aren’t really set up for that kind of damp winter weather, it was hard to dry clothes even with the AC heating. A dryer would’ve helped, but normally the sun and warmth make drying easy. Just something to keep in mind if you’re staying in winter — otherwise a lovely stay!

Este lugar es precioso! La vista increíble y realmente te sientes cómo en casa. Nosotros no leímos bien pero se encuentra en un cuarto piso entonces subir y bajar todas nuestras maletas fue una travesía. Joana nos ofreció un servicio de taxi del aeropuerto a su lugar y nos fue muy útil. Es un espacio limpio, tranquilo y muy lindo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Very responsive host, great communication. Amazing location and very clean. Apartment is an old building so the neighbours can be heard quite a bit and they were just talking. If I could offer some feedback I would upgrade the amenities like the shower gel as they are very basic for such a nice flat.
