Just steps away, the iconic São Pedro de Alcântara Viewpoint and vibrant Príncipe Real offer a lively cultural and dining scene. A short walk down leads to Avenida da Liberdade and Chiado, connecting you to the city's cosmopolitan pulse and top sights, always with the stunning Tagus River as your backdrop.
The layout features 2 comfortable bedrooms, a classic bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The true highlight is the large windows and charming small front balcony, beautifully framing a magnificent and peaceful view over the Tagus River, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!
It is a 3rd floor with no elevator and you will need to go up 3 flights of stairs, so will keep you in shape!
Other things to note
House rules
• All guests identifications will be mandatory required before check-in. The Portuguese Authorities , SEF, Emigration and Foreign Services demand all guests identifications.
• To easy check-in process, you will receive by email a form to fill with your identification that will be sent immediately to SEF.
• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these amenities) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112
For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.
DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE. OPENING COST 200€.
Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
Check-in:
• EARLY check-in (from 9am till 3pm): 50€
• LATE check-in (from 8pm till 11pm): 20€
• VERY LATE check-in (from 11pm till 1am): 40€
• EXCEPTIONAL check-in (from 1am till 9am): 100€
Check-out:
• LATE check-out (after 11am): 50€
• Non-agreed LATE check-out will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late.
For assistance between 8pm and 9am:
• From 8pm till 10pm: 100€
• From 10pm till 12am: 150€
• From 12am till 9am: 200€

The apartment was everything we could have hoped for and was even more beautiful than the photos. The balcony had incredible views perfect for watching the sunset or having a morning coffee and the apartment came with everything you could need (the central AC and washing machine especially). However we barely even cooked because of the proximity to such great restaurants and shops! The space was perfect and the host was so responsive and helped with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

Project Habitats place was a great resting spot in Lisbon..From my first impression of offering to set up a ride from the airport to check out, everything went very smooth. Great brunch spot , (Seagull Method)just steps from their location. Felt very safe walking the neighborhood late at night after fun in Lisbon. My only drawback was the stairs, please dont underestimate the stairs! Pack light, as carrying almost 50 lbs suitcases up and down the steep stairs was quite the task.

Very cute apartment in an amazing Lisbon location — close to funky shops, great restaurants, and quirky bars. We happened to visit during an unusually wet week, and since places aren’t really set up for that kind of damp winter weather, it was hard to dry clothes even with the AC heating. A dryer would’ve helped, but normally the sun and warmth make drying easy. Just something to keep in mind if you’re staying in winter — otherwise a lovely stay!

We loved our stay! The space is clean, comfortable and the location cannot be beat - quiet while still in walking distance to many restaurants and sites. Highly recommend a coffee or glass of wine on the balcony 🙂 Joana and Afonso were responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Lissabon- dazu hat auch diese Wohnung maßgeblich beigetragen. Die Lage ist großartig, die Einrichtung stimmig und die Aussicht vom Balkon umwerfend. Ich kann sie sehr empfehlen und würde sofort wiederkommen !

Este lugar es precioso! La vista increíble y realmente te sientes cómo en casa. Nosotros no leímos bien pero se encuentra en un cuarto piso entonces subir y bajar todas nuestras maletas fue una travesía. Joana nos ofreció un servicio de taxi del aeropuerto a su lugar y nos fue muy útil. Es un espacio limpio, tranquilo y muy lindo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Very responsive host, great communication. Amazing location and very clean. Apartment is an old building so the neighbours can be heard quite a bit and they were just talking. If I could offer some feedback I would upgrade the amenities like the shower gel as they are very basic for such a nice flat.

This was an absolutely wonderful stay. The place is gorgeous, perfectly located - steps away from restaurants, coffee, shopping, and a garden. It was a cherry on the top that when we checked in Guilherme took our luggage up three flights of stairs - in ONE go!
