House Rules
• All guests identifications will be mandatory required before check-in. The Portuguese Authorities , SEF, Emigration and Foreign Services demand all guests identifications.
• To easy check-in process, you will receive by email a form to fill with your identification that will be sent immediately to SEF.
• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these amenities) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112

For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.
DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE. OPENING COST 200€.
If you lose or take with you the parking remote control, the replace costs is 200€.

Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Check-in:
• EARLY check-in (from 9am till 3pm): 50€
• LATE check-in (from 8pm till 11pm): 20€
• VERY LATE check-in (from 11pm till 1am): 40€
• EXCEPTIONAL check-in (from 1am till 9am): 100€
Check-out:
• LATE check-out (after 11am): 50€
• Non-agreed LATE check-out will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late.

For assistance between 8pm and 9am:
• From 8pm till 10pm: 100€
• From 10pm till 12am: 150€
• From 12am till 9am: 200€

O apartamento é muito agradável e acolhedor, com muitos equipamentos necessários para uma boa estadia. O prédio é bom, possui acessibilidade, segurança e garagem. O contato com a empresa não é rápido. Não possui ar condicionado, então no verão eu creio que deve ser quente, no inverno tem aquecedores portáteis que resolvem. A cama de casal é tamanho convencional (1,40 metros), pelo tipo é tamanho do apartamento merecia uma cama maior de ao menos 1,60m, o que de fato aumento o conforto. A estação de metrô é próxima.

We stayed for two weeks as a family, and the apartment was just as described in the pictures. It’s ideal for families with kids, featuring a room with two single beds. The kitchen has all the basic essentials needed for cooking and laundry. The building is well-located and well-connected, with an easy-to-use car park, especially if you plan to visit Lisbon city centre but want to avoid the hustle and bustle. There are some nice shops nearby within walking distance. There are a couple of minor improvements that could enhance the experience: - While communication with host was straightforward. It can take a while to get a response, but no more than a day. This might have been due to the festive period, as they operate as a company. To be fair, there is an emergency contact provided that we never had to use. - One of the single beds in the second bedroom needs a better mattress. Matching the same of the other single bed would be great.

Le logement était spacieux et agréable. Néanmoins, il reste cher pour un logement très loin du centre ville, et situé sur un couloir aérien (les bruits d'avion le matin et le soir sont importants). La communication avec les professionnels était très bonne.

We had a great stay in Lisbon! The apartment looked exactly like in the pictures and the description was accurate. Everything was spotlessly clean, and communication with the host was smooth and friendly from the beginning. The check-in process was easy, and we really appreciated the possibility of a late check-out – thank you for that! One thing to mention is that you can hear planes landing quite clearly, but it’s nothing too disturbing and we got used to it quickly. The kitchen could use a few more utensils – for example, a couple of larger bowls and some extra knives would have been helpful. That said, everything else was more than sufficient for our needs. Overall, we were really happy with the accommodation and would gladly come back again. Thank you!

Excelente apartamento, correspondente à descrição e fotos. Muito próximo à Universidade de Lisboa, possível chegada com uma caminhada a pé. Anfitriões muito prestativos. Nos trouxeram aquecedores elétricos e ficou muito confortável a estadia no inverno. Recomendo.
