Just steps from the Praça das Flores, Príncipe Real Garden, Avenida da Liberdade, and Chiado, the area is famous for its design shops, 19th-century palaces, trendy restaurants, and charming kiosks. It is the perfect base to experience the most cosmopolitan and stylish side of the city.

Flooded with natural light and fully air-conditioned, this modern loft is spread over two levels. The main floor offers a generous open-plan living room and kitchen, a balcony, a bedroom, and one bathroom.
The upper level reveals a unique charm with one guest toilet and the second open-concept bedroom, which treats you to a breathtaking view over the city skyline and the beautiful Tagus River.
It is a 3rd floor with no elevator and you will need to go up 3 flights of stairs, so will keep you in shape!
On the balcony, you will have an incredible view of the city of Lisbon!!!

• All guests identifications will be mandatory required before check-in. The Portuguese Authorities , SEF, Emigration and Foreign Services demand all guests identifications.
• To easy check-in process, you will receive by email a form to fill with your identification that will be sent immediately to SEF.
• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these amenities) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112
For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.
DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE. OPENING COST 200€.
Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

• EARLY check-in (from 9am till 3pm): 50€
• LATE check-in (from 8pm till 11pm): 20€
• VERY LATE check-in (from 11pm till 1am): 40€
• EXCEPTIONAL check-in (from 1am till 9am): 100€
Check-out:
• LATE check-out (after 11am): 50€
• Non-agreed LATE check-out will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late.
For assistance between 8pm and 9am:
• From 8pm till 10pm: 100€
• From 10pm till 12am: 150€
• From 12am till 9am: 200€

The apartment is in a great location , walkable into the city, plenty of local restaurants around, and supermarket. The apartment is really lovely just as pictures depicted. Good communication and service from project Habitat , our only complaint was noise from a nightclub opposite.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and well equipped. Location is great, full of bars/restaurants. Only downside was the noise from a club nearby till early in the morning, sleeping wasn’t great.

The apartment was lovely and worked really well for our family of three. The stairs were no problem at all for our three year old daughter. The views from the rooftop terrace where amazing. The neighborhood is really nice and quaint with small cafes and restaurants everywhere. Parks with playgrounds where also nearby, which our daughter loved. Just a small tip to my fellow light sleepers; there is a bar/club nearby and they play music really loudly until 6am, and after closing the the party people hang around the streets talking loudly. So I suggest you take some earplugs with you just in case ? I can highly recommend this apartment, even for families with small kids ☺️

We loved staying at this property! It is incredibly close to my favorite square in the city. With a cute garden and many nice restaurants/bars (and a fabulous bakery). The hosts were very flexible with check in and the location and space is lovely!

Wir hatten ein paar herrliche Tage in Lissabon! Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, super hell, modern, gemütlich, sauber und top eingerichtet. In der Gegend gibt es viele kleine hübsche Cafés. Die Lage ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um Lissabon zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit Joana verlief super schnell, freundlich und reibungslos. Genau wie der nette persönliche Check-In. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir können die Wohnung und die Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Obrigada!

Spacious, bright, comfortable, clean and super located apartment, that we can absolutely recommend. Two floors, two balconies - one of them with a view to the river and across the whole city and with a beautiful sunset, also beautiful marble bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The bed was super comfortable.

This was a great Airbnb rental. The host met me to hand off the keys and provided a thorough list of recommendations for food and fun. The neighborhood is away from the touristy parts of Lisbon, and I enjoyed the local vibe.

Had an amazing stay here. The place is just as beautiful as the pictures and located in one of my favourite areas of the Lisbon. Joana and team were very accommodating, quick to respond, and made us feel very welcomed. Would happily stay here again in the future.
