It features four bedrooms (two suites), four bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The generous living and dining area opens onto a fantastic a 30sqm balcony, offering spectacular, sun-drenched views over the Tagus River, see and the iconic Belém Tower.

• All guests identifications will be mandatory required before check-in. The Portuguese Authorities , SEF, Emigration and Foreign Services demand all guests identifications.
• To easy check-in process, you will receive by email a form to fill with your identification that will be sent immediately to SEF.
• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these amenities) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112
For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.
DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE. OPENING COST 200€.
If you lose or take with you the parking remote control, the replace costs is 200€.
Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

• EARLY check-in (from 9am till 3pm): 50€
• LATE check-in (from 8pm till 11pm): 20€
• VERY LATE check-in (from 11pm till 1am): 40€
• EXCEPTIONAL check-in (from 1am till 9am): 100€
Check-out:
• LATE check-out (after 11am): 50€
• Non-agreed LATE check-out will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late.

• From 8pm till 10pm: 100€
• From 10pm till 12am: 150€
• From 12am till 9am: 200€

L’appartement est magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle ! Il y a beaucoup d’espace, 4 grandes chambres, un balcon très agréable, nous recommandons ! A notre avis, une voiture est nécessaire, l’appartement n’est pas au centre et la région est composée de pentes très raides. Lisbonne est loin d’être plate ! Il y a une place de parking réservée au sous-sol, donc pas de soucis de stationnement.

The stay was good. There were some insects around the house which was a bit disturbing. Anyways, my friends had stayed at the place not for a holiday. It was due to a medical treatment that they had visited Lisbon for. So, the apartment suited them from that perspective as it was a peaceful area. However, we got a shock when we returned as there was supposedly some damage that we had done at their apartment. The apartment was sparingly by my friends stayed with not even the TV being used as they were not there for a party. And no outsiders visited them either. So, it was shocking to get a complaint of damage. Leaves me astounded.

Joana’s place was stunning. I was traveling solo to Lisbon for the first time and wanted a luxurious accommodation and Joana’s place was that and then more. Algés is a beautiful community just west of Lisbon that had a lot to offer - walkability, quiet, access to great restaurants and attractions. Joana’s condo was easy to get to and the check-in process was seamless. The best part was the massive outdoor patio that overlooked the Atlantic. I sat out there every morning with an espresso and watched the boats come in and out. Joana’s location was convenient because it offered easy access to multiple areas of Lisbon including Belém, Cascais, Sintra, and the Lisbon core. I will definitely be back!
