It also includes 1 reserved, free parking space throughout your entire stay.
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a building with elevator.
The parking place is very good, but the access to it is very tiny and hard... so if you have a big car, the access through the ramp will be very difficult.

• All guests identifications will be mandatory required before check-in. The Portuguese Authorities , SEF, Emigration and Foreign Services demand all guests identifications.
• To easy check-in process, you will receive by email a form to fill with your identification that will be sent immediately to SEF.
• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these amenities) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112
For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.
DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE. OPENING COST 200€.
If you lose or take with you the parking remote control, the replace costs is 200€.
Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

• EARLY check-in (from 9am till 3pm): 50€
• LATE check-in (from 8pm till 11pm): 20€
• VERY LATE check-in (from 11pm till 1am): 40€
• EXCEPTIONAL check-in (from 1am till 9am): 100€
Check-out:
• LATE check-out (after 11am): 50€
• Non-agreed LATE check-out will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late.
For assistance between 8pm and 9am:
• From 8pm till 10pm: 100€
• From 10pm till 12am: 150€
• From 12am till 9am: 200€

A really comfortable apartment to stay in. The furnishings are high-quality, the kitchen is very well-equipped, nice marble bathrooms, and it was super clean. Perfect location next to a cool neighbourhood full of cafes, good restaurants, and a good gym, 5 minutes walk away. Easy to check in and helpful hosts. Would stay again.

Beautiful apartment, in a convenient location near many amenities and a short walk or drive to the city center. The apartment has all the basics for the dish washer, laundry machine, Nespresso machine and coffee pods, sugar and basic toiletries. Very neat, clean, comfortable with plenty of hot water. Easy communication with the host.

Thank you for a great stay. A few issues would be timeliness of responding. Also it is important to have a washer/dryer. There is absolutely no where to dry clothes.

Great place to stay, very clean and spacious, well equiped with everything needed for self catering, extremly well located right by the train station and within 10/15 min walking distance to anywhere we wanted. Joana and her team were very responsive and really helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely return!

Sehr geräumige Wohnung, in der die Aufteilung und die beiden Bäder gemeinsames Reisen und trotzdem Privatsphäre erlauben. Gute Ausstattung, einfacher Check In/Check Out, sehr sauber, gute Kommunikation. Lage ist klasse: jede Menge kleine Restaurants, egal ob fürs Frühstück oder spätem Abendessen in 500 m Umkreis und idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten da neben dem Museu Nacional de Arte Antiga, also quasi in der Mitte zwischen dem Torre de Belem und dem Museu Nacional do Azulejo gelegen. Gerne wieder!

O apartamento é muito bom e corresponde fielmente às fotos. Tudo é de boa qualidade, muito bem localizado e funcionando bem. Era uma região que eu já conhecia, o que ajudou bastante. Vale destacar que fica no primeiro andar, o que poderia gerar algum barulho da rua, mas as janelas são antirruído e isso resolve bem a questão. O único ponto de melhoria seria em relação ao check-in. Quando chegamos, o controle da garagem não estava disponível, o que nos deixou praticamente um dia sem acesso. Conseguimos nos virar abrindo o portão manualmente, mas só recebemos o controle no final do dia. Além disso, a casa não tinha instruções, o que dificulta um pouco — coisas básicas como onde levar o lixo, recomendações sobre o funcionamento de equipamentos e até informações sobre a rede de Wi-Fi (que tivemos que procurar embaixo do modem). Esse tipo de atenção faria bastante diferença. Fora isso, a estadia foi muito boa.
