Beautiful apartment located in the heart of Lisboa!
It's in Rua dos Sapateiros, one of the most important streets in Baixa neighborhood.
Building recently refurbished, with lift, kept tiles from the 18th century!

The apartment is brand new! With two spacious bedrooms and sofa bed in the living room, has two complete bathrooms and a full equipped kitchen!
Dining are looking the the balconies that look to Lisbon Castle
Small balcony in the backyards with exterior furniture for a morning coffee!

House Rules
• All guests identifications will be mandatory required before check-in. The Portuguese Authorities , SEF, Emigration and Foreign Services demand all guests identifications.
• To easy check-in process, you will receive by email a form to fill with your identification that will be sent immediately to SEF.
• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these amenities) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112

For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.
DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE. OPENING COST 200€.

Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Check-in:
• EARLY check-in (from 9am till 3pm): 50€
• LATE check-in (from 8pm till 11pm): 20€
• VERY LATE check-in (from 11pm till 1am): 40€
• EXCEPTIONAL check-in (from 1am till 9am): 100€
Check-out:
• LATE check-out (after 11am): 50€
• Non-agreed LATE check-out will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late.

For assistance between 8pm and 9am:
• From 8pm till 10pm: 100€
• From 10pm till 12am: 150€
• From 12am till 9am: 200€

A lovely, cosy apartment right in the heart of Lisbon. The location is unbeatable, everything is within walking distance, from great restaurants and cafés to major sights and public transport. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would happily stay here again.

Fantastic spot in Baixa part of Lisbon close to public transportation and the famed Placa Commercio. Stayed here for 3 weeks and really enjoyed the stay and the location. Very reasonable pricing, too.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Mariana met me at check in to give me they keys and show me around the apartment. She also sent me a long list of suggested restaurants and things to do in the area which was extremely helpful. There was a set of stairs to the elevator and then one more to the apartment door, but it wasn't an issue. The apartment was spacious and cozy with a nice view of the castle from the balcony. The location was also great, very central to all the attractions with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Having a washer/dryer was a nice plus. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

Beautiful flat in the city center, very touristy area with great shopping. A ton of food options, however the best food is outside of the center and worth the trip. The flat is well decorated and very clean. Has everything you need for a short or long stay. The central location is ideal to see all of Lisbon. The outside area is not usable (literally surrounded by AC units and walls). We had to pay $20 euros for a check in at 8pm as it was outside their “regular check in hours”, I would have preferred to not have met someone to let us in and had the time restraints (my fault for not reading the listing fully). International travel is never time accurate.

The central location could not be better for exploring Lisbon yet the apartment is very quiet and calm inside. Walking distance to many fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment was very clean and in perfect condition. Joana and Mariana were very helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Lisbonne et l'appartement y a contribué ! Très bel appartement, comme sur l'annonce, très propre avec tout le nécessaire ! Deux salles deux bains et deux belles chambres avec une literie très confortable. Et avec une magnifique vue sur le château ! L'emplacement est incroyable pour visiter Lisbonne. La communication avec Joana était parfaite. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
