This exceptionally spacious apartment seamlessly blends classic charm with modern comfort!
It features four large bedrooms, including two elegant suites, and a total of four bathrooms (one guest toilet). The expansive living and dining rooms offer the perfect layout for entertaining, complemented by a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen. Every room is designed to maximize light and space.
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a building with no elevator. You will need to go up 1 flight of stairs.

• All guests identifications will be mandatory required before check-in. The Portuguese Authorities , SEF, Emigration and Foreign Services demand all guests identifications.
• To easy check-in process, you will receive by email a form to fill with your identification that will be sent immediately to SEF.
• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these amenities) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112

For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.
DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE. OPENING COST 200€.
If you lose or take with you the parking remote control, the replace costs is 200€.

Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

• VERY LATE check-in (from 11pm till 1am): 40€
• EXCEPTIONAL check-in (from 1am till 9am): 100€

• Non-agreed LATE check-out will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late.

For assistance between 8pm and 9am:
• From 8pm till 10pm: 100€
• From 10pm till 12am: 150€
• From 12am till 9am: 200€

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It's more spacious than the photos suggest and it was very clean and well-maintained. You also can't beat the location - it's walking distance to so many places we wanted to visit while in Lisbon, which is ultimately what made us choose this spot. I also appreciated how communicative the hosts were. There were a couple things I wasn't happy with given the high price tag of this apartment though. The hot water turned off several times, which is never nice (the host did gave us a prompt solution on how to fix it). We also ran out of toilet paper after only 2 nights and when I alerted the host, they told us that they wouldn't be providing more and we would have to purchase our own. I've never been told this from an airbnb host and given we paid so much to stay here I felt this was a very strange response. Lastly, the air conditioner worked well in some rooms and barely at all in others, which was frustrating.

Had a wonderful stay in Lisbon. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us and we loved the location. While the street could be noisy at night, we liked being close to everything and it didn’t bother us. The kitchen was very well stocked and we always had what we needed. Overall had a great time and can’t wait to visit Lisbon again!

It was great!!! I was traveling with 7 women, two of us in our 60's along with our daughters and daughter-in-laws. The location was perfect for All of us. The apartment was on a very busy street (lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and coffee spots) but we heard no noise after we closed the windows and shutters. The place was VERY clean and very spacious. We were left with a wonderful bottle of wine, crackers, and yummy olive oil. Joana helped arrange airport pick up which made our arrival much easier. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed well stock and the washer and dryer were helpful. We felt safe. Joana was extremely fast in all of her responses. I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

This was a great space for my family and I during our 4 days in Lisbon. We only used the apartment for meetups and sleeping, so I can't really speak to how usable the kitchen was, but the bedding was fresh and the bathrooms were perfectly clean ... the whole apartment was very clean. We walked to Alfama, Moorish Quarter, and all over Chiado and Bairro Alto from the apartment. Many shops and restaurants were only a 10 minute walk. The location was perfect for us! We were very thankful for all of the amazing dining, rooftop bars, and cultural recommendations provided by our host. Legit dining recommendations!

Apartamento espacioso, elegante y muy cómodo en una zona céntrica y perfectamente situada para el turismo y la visita de la ciudad. El apartamento tenía todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar una semana maravillosa: tanto utensilios de cocina como de limpieza, higiene, absolutamente todo bien ordenado y recogido. La casa es maravillosa con muchísimo espacio, habitaciones muy cómodas y agradables. El salón disponía de televisión enorme con canales de entretenimiento. Todo estaba impecable. Volveremos a reservar este apartamento sin duda.

This apartment was beautiful and very well located. Very spacious with plenty of room for group of 8. Easy to get in/out and find things to do. We did have challenges with hot water (as others have mentioned).
