This house will make you feel like home, away from home, in the heart of a typical Lisbon neighborhood!
Located in a quiet and historical zone of Lisbon, this house is located at only 10 minutes from Lisboa downtown, in Janelas Verdes Street, close to the Ancient Art National Museum and to the Lapa district.

This charming house has two big bedrooms with comfortable beds! One of this bedrooms is a suite with closet! The other bedroom has two big single beds!
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to make you feel like home!
The living room and the dining table are very cozy and inviting!

House Rules
• All guests identifications will be mandatory required before check-in. The Portuguese Authorities , SEF, Emigration and Foreign Services demand all guests identifications.
• To easy check-in process, you will receive by email a form to fill with your identification that will be sent immediately to SEF.
• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these amenities) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112

For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.
DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE. OPENING COST 200€.
If you lose or take with you the parking remote control, the replace costs is 200€.

Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Check-in:
• EARLY check-in (from 9am till 3pm): 50€
• LATE check-in (from 8pm till 11pm): 20€
• VERY LATE check-in (from 11pm till 1am): 40€
• EXCEPTIONAL check-in (from 1am till 9am): 100€
Check-out:
• LATE check-out (after 11am): 50€
• Non-agreed LATE check-out will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late.

For assistance between 8pm and 9am:
• From 8pm till 10pm: 100€
• From 10pm till 12am: 150€
• From 12am till 9am: 200€

Great apartment for Fall stays. Spacious and full of light with large bathrooms and great water pressure. Easy to get in and out, and convenient to Santos locations. Would definitely stay here again. Note that there isn't A/C but the host provides fans which work well, and there is a lot of ventilation. The kitchen is big for a Lisbon apartment and has plenty of space for long stays, with a decent array of equipment. One great feature is the modular walls, which let you close off the living room and/or kitchen if you have kids sleeping in one of the bedrooms. Great place and would stay again.

bel appartement, décoré avec goût, confirme aux photos, un peu bruyant car travaux à proximité mais noté dans l annonce donc pas de surprise. nous avions une voiture donc parking très pratique et facile d accès. nous avons passé un séjour très agréable

Deuxième séjour dans ce logement. Tout était parfait! L’appartement est grand et peut accueillir 4 personnes sans aucun problème. Le bâtiment est moderne, sécurisé et il y a un ascenseur, ce qui est appréciable si on a des bagages et qu’on est garés au sous-sol (la place de parking se trouvant au -4). Pour ce qui est du parking, nous avions en location une Renault Captur nouveau modèle et ça passait tout juste par la rampe en escargot assez étroite et raide. Il faut juste le savoir et être préparés. L’appartement est exactement comme sur les photos: grand, lumineux, moderne, bien agencé, propre et très bien équipé. Un beau balcon vous permet de profiter du soleil toute la journée, avec une chouette vue dégagée sur le Tage. Il y a pas mal de restaurants, bars et cafés dans les parages. Mais sinon, à 10-15 minutes de marche on arrive facilement dans l’hyper centre. Pour finir, nous avons été accueillis par Mariana, qui a été flexible et super sympatique. Je recommande sans aucun souci!

We had a lovely stay, would thoroughly recommend Santos as an area to stay. Quiet, lovely bakery just around the corner for breakfast & coffee. Walkable to centre, Time Out Market, Santos station and Tram 25 which takes you into the centre. Loved the apartment and the balcony, just avoid the car park unless you have a small car, ie Fiat 500 or a mini! It’s very windy and steep

Amazing spot, away from tourists but 10min walk from everything. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Always a pleasant walk towards the next destinations. Spacious, way better than anything in tourist centers. Nice layout. Big living room. Double shower in master bedroom. Great building. Feels new. Would come back

Host was quick to respond and flexible. The apartment is located in upscale neighborhood of Lisbon, quiet but walkable neighborhood. Cool coffee shops, cafes, great gym, and excellent restaurants within 5 minutes walking. Easy access to public transportation both trains, tram and buses to get you anywhere in the city. The tram from here to congress center was super convenient. The apt building is high end, the unit itself is gorgeous, with incredible views of river and plenty of space. I would stay again.
