Boasting an unbeatable location in the heart of Lisbon, this apartment sits right between cosmopolitan Chiado and the lively Cais do Sodré.
The area is perfect for exploring the city on foot, packed with top restaurants, transport links, and local shops. You are just a few minutes' walk from the famous Mercado da Ribeira (Time Out Market), the iconic Praça do Comércio, and the scenic Tagus River waterfront.

Old tiles from the 18th century in the walls, the structural wood beans and crosses that were used to built, and the old wooden floor!
You will have the best view in Lisbon!!

The main highlight of this 2-bedroom apartment is the privileged, unobstructed view of the Tagus River from one of the bedrooms.
But…. be aware that to have all of this BEAUTY…. one has to suffer a little…. and "climb" FOUR FLOORS WITHOUT LIFT… Its the price to pay to be on the TOP of LISBOA!!! You will need to go up 4 flights of stairs.
Positive thinking: you can enjoy in our great restaurants, because everyday you burn those calories in the stairs!

Inside, the property features a full bathroom and a cozy living area equipped with both a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table for group meals. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need, making it the perfect choice for a comfortable and functional stay.

• All guests identifications will be mandatory required before check-in. The Portuguese Authorities , SEF, Emigration and Foreign Services demand all guests identifications.
• To easy check-in process, you will receive by email a form to fill with your identification that will be sent immediately to SEF.
• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these amenities) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112

For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.
DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE. OPENING COST 200€.

Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Check-in:
• EARLY check-in (from 9am till 3pm): 50€
• LATE check-in (from 8pm till 11pm): 20€
• VERY LATE check-in (from 11pm till 1am): 40€
• EXCEPTIONAL check-in (from 1am till 9am): 100€
Check-out:
• LATE check-out (after 11am): 50€
• Non-agreed LATE check-out will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late.

For assistance between 8pm and 9am:
• From 8pm till 10pm: 100€
• From 10pm till 12am: 150€
• From 12am till 9am: 200€

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold. Lejligheden var helt perfekt for os. God plads og den ligger super centralt. Vi blev modtaget af Leonardo, der viste os rundt i lejligheden. Desuden bar han vores kufferter hele vejen op til fjerde sal. Han foreslog også nogle ting vi kunne tage os til. Bl.a. bookede han bord på en lokal fado restaurant. Meget hjælpsom. Lejligheden har en flot udsigt, men det er fra det ene soveværelse, så det er ikke sådan at man kan sidde og nyde den. Wifi'en kunne vi ikke logge os på pga af lav sikkerhed. Køkkenet fungerede fint, vi lavede sågar julemiddagen der. Vi følte os meget hjemme i lejligheden og kommer gerne igen.

Our family of 5 with 3 kids (14, 12, 10) and a friend stayed for 3 nights. The apartment is in a central location, which is really nice. However, it can be loud on the street very late into the night (2-3 a.m.). We did stay on Friday and Saturday nights, and it could be different on a weeknight. Overall, the apartment had everything we needed, and I would recommend it to others.

Great location and spacious apartment. Easy communication and check-in. Be prepared to walk 4 flights of stairs. AC and fans make the apartment cool. Would recommend!
