This apartment stands out for its fantastic natural light. It features 3 comfortable bedrooms, including 1 en-suite, and a total of 2 full bathrooms. The social area consists of an inviting living room with the coolest sofa, flooded with sunlight and a dedicated space with a dining table for family meals. The kitchen comes fully equipped, making it ideal to comfortably prepare all your dishes during your stay.
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a building with no elevator. You will need to go up 1 flight of stairs.

• All guests identifications will be mandatory required before check-in. The Portuguese Authorities , SEF, Emmigration and Foreign Services demand all guests identifications.
• To easy check-in process, you will receive by email a form to fill with your identification that will be sent immediately to SEF.
• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• During your reservation you will have 24/7 assistance from me and my team.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these ameneties) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112
For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.
DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE. OPENING COST 200€.
Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

• EARLY check-in (from 9am till 3pm): 50€
• LATE check-in (from 8pm till 11pm): 20€
• VERY LATE check-in (from 11pm till 1am): 40€
• EXCEPTIONAL check-in (from 1am till 9am): 100€
Check-out:
• LATE check-out (after 11am): 50€
• Non-agreed LATE check-out will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late.
For assistance between 8pm and 9am:
• From 8pm till 10pm: 100€
• From 10pm till 12am: 150€
• From 12am till 9am: 200€

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon. The balcony and view were a highlight of our stay, giving us a stunning panorama of the city while we relaxed each morning and evening listening to the birds. The apartment itself is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our visit. The location was excellent—convenient for exploring Lisbon while also being quiet, secure, and safe. We would happily stay here again.

It was good! Easy, great location and walking distance to everything and transit! Ubers are a bit tricky but once you figure out to have them pick you up around the corner it is easy!

Excellent place- would highly recommend! The instructions to enter the apartment weren’t too clear but they were very responsive and helped us immediately. Otherwise no other complaints. The apartment was lovely and a great location! Would definitely stay here again

A beautiful apartment walking distance to cafes bars and restaurants. The view from the terrace was incredible for sunset, and a quiet place to sit and listen to the birds in the morning. The living area was spacious, had everything we needed and the beds were comfy. Also loved the little balcony from the bedroom the other side. Lovely stay and perfect host

Everything was as advertised. Great location, extremely walkable (we didn't get in a car/tram/bus during our entire stay of 7 days). Place was clean, check in was easy (Hugo met us at the property), amenities were as described (+ a courtesy bottle of wine!). Even though the property is in the heart of Bairro Alto, surrounded by bars and restaurants, the actual street we were in was incredibly quiet - even with windows open, there was no noise, night or day. Would stay there again next time I'm in Lisbon.

The space is beautiful and accurately described on the listing. Close to many bars and restaurants in the Barrio Alto area, but on a calm street. The terrace was a highlight with views of the bridge and Cristo statue. Accommodated my group perfectly.
