Beautiful three bedroom flat with charming patio in the heart of Lisbon!
This is an old style apartment with original unique features but with all the comfort of a refurbished house. Mixing old and new in a traditional portuguese feel. You have a old tile feature, the structural wood beans and crosses that were used to built, and the old wooden floor!

House Rules
• All guests identifications will be mandatory required before check-in. The Portuguese Authorities , SEF, Emigration and Foreign Services demand all guests identifications.
• To easy check-in process, you will receive by email a form to fill with your identification that will be sent immediately to SEF.
• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these amenities) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112

For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.
DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE. OPENING COST 200€.

Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Check-in:
• EARLY check-in (from 9am till 3pm): 50€
• LATE check-in (from 8pm till 11pm): 20€
• VERY LATE check-in (from 11pm till 1am): 40€
• EXCEPTIONAL check-in (from 1am till 9am): 100€
Check-out:
• LATE check-out (after 11am): 50€
• Non-agreed LATE check-out will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late.

For assistance between 8pm and 9am:
• From 8pm till 10pm: 100€
• From 10pm till 12am: 150€
• From 12am till 9am: 200€

This was a great apartment with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Quiet building, felt really private. Its hard to find walking but ubers worked out really great. We enjoyed the space and had a wonderful time in Lisbon. The stairs going up are not as steep as other places in Lisbon and apartment is on first level after stairs. We like to cook and enjoyed the gas stove. Other places have an electric stove. Nice welcome amenities. Thank you for a great stay. It was great to have someone meet you to show you apartment. Thank you!

The team were very quick to respond, and the location was great, perfect for families or groups. The only downside was that the bathroom was not very clean with hairs in the shower, and the shower was very difficult to use and set the temperature. The flat has two bathrooms, but you can't use both showers at the same time, as the water will only be cold if you try. The flat was spacious, and the outside space was good to have as well, and quick to walk into the town centre.

Great apartment and location. Safe, quiet, fully stocked with all amenities needed. Joanna and Hugo are the best. Clear directions before and at check in. Easy and clear departure instructions. This is the place to stay in Lisbon. We walked to attractions and restaurants with no problem. Joanna arranged transportation from airport to apartment. Tiago, the driver, gave a history lesson and tour. The entire process was easy. Id stay here again with no hesitation.

A group of 5 on a girls trip stayed here during our time in Lisbon. Early check-in for an additional fee was an option, which worked great for us coming in early in the day. Transportation was coordinated through the Airbnb host and someone was onsite to great us at our designated time. Open arrival, the Airbnb was clean and as described. There was plenty of shared living space for the group which was our goal with staying at an Airbnb. Everything we wanted to do was walkable and easily accessed by navigating the streets. Where we couldn't walk we ubered - which was easy to order from the location. When we needed to communicate with the host and team, they were quick to respond. We didn't have any issues with noise as some previous reviews described. It was a little warm in one of the rooms that does not have AC, but manageable with a room fan. The patio was a lovely end of day place for a winddown glass of wine. Overall, great place to stay for our visit to Lisbon. Would recommend!

Great unit with the perfect location! Host was super helpful and overall couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Even with no AC fans and breeze from windows was perfect - good enough for me and my 3 year old kiddo 🙂

We had a wonderful time Joana's place. There are so many amazing bars and restaurants within a few minute's walk and the rest of the city is very accessible. The apartment is beautiful, quiet and we were given lots of local recommendations. We would definitely book again!
