Flooded with natural light, this apartment offers a highly functional layout!
It features two bedrooms, both of which are en-suite, and a total of three full bathrooms. The cozy living room includes a sofa bed, separate from the independent dining room that connects directly to a fully equipped kitchen. One of the bedrooms also boasts a charming private balcony, perfect for relaxing.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building with elevator. Between building entrance and elevator, you will need to go up 4/5 steps.

House Rules
• All guests identifications will be mandatory required before check-in. The Portuguese Authorities , SEF, Emigration and Foreign Services demand all guests identifications.
• To easy check-in process, you will receive by email a form to fill with your identification that will be sent immediately to SEF.
• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these amenities) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112

For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.
DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE. OPENING COST 200€.

Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Check-in:
• EARLY check-in (from 9am till 3pm): 50€
• LATE check-in (from 8pm till 11pm): 20€
• VERY LATE check-in (from 11pm till 1am): 40€
• EXCEPTIONAL check-in (from 1am till 9am): 100€
Check-out:
• LATE check-out (after 11am): 50€
• Non-agreed LATE check-out will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late.

For assistance between 8pm and 9am:
• From 8pm till 10pm: 100€
• From 10pm till 12am: 150€
• From 12am till 9am: 200€

We spent 3 months in the apartment and really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook our own meals. It was very clean and spacious for us (just 2) but easily could accommodate 4 or 6 for shorter visits, with 3 full shower rooms - all very good. The location is convenient for walking to the city centre and has local supermarkets nearby, with some good restaurants within a few minutes walk. There's also a metro station, tram and bus stops just outside so great fortransport around the city. Communication with the property team was very good. Getting to the apartment is pretty easy by taxi from the airport and costs in the region of €15 so not expensive, and only takes around 20 mins (depending on traffic obviously).

We hebben hele erg genoten van het appartement. We waren er met een gezin van 4, en het gebouw is fantastisch authentiek. Er is een lift en het is rustig, we raden het iedereen aan. The Airbnb was perfectly located within walking distance to great restaurants and popular attractions. The apartment had plenty of room to relax, was clean and comfortable, and made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. A great choice for anyone wanting convenience and comfort during their stay!

As two couples, we found the apartment to be very clean, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was large and well stocked. Dining area was a bonus. Location worked well, with the tram and Metro right out front. Many restaurants in the area within easy walk or by Metro. While on a busy street, closing the front windows reduced the traffic noise to a comfortable level. Bedrooms faced away from the street and were quiet. We enjoyed the apartment and recommend it.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes langes Wochenende in Lisaabon. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und man kann mit den Öffentlichen oder Uber unkompliziert überall hinkommen. Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig und durch die belebte Umgebung gibt es viel Verkehr vor der Haustür. Es lohnt sich für die Nacht Ohrstöpsel mitzunehmen.
