House Rules
• All guests identifications will be mandatory required before check-in. The Portuguese Authorities , SEF, Emigration and Foreign Services demand all guests identifications.
• To easy check-in process, you will receive by email a form to fill with your identification that will be sent immediately to SEF.
• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these amenities) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112

For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.
DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE. OPENING COST 200€.

Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Check-in:
• EARLY check-in (from 9am till 3pm): 50€
• LATE check-in (from 8pm till 11pm): 20€
• VERY LATE check-in (from 11pm till 1am): 40€
• EXCEPTIONAL check-in (from 1am till 9am): 100€
Check-out:
• LATE check-out (after 11am): 50€
• Non-agreed LATE check-out will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late.

For assistance between 8pm and 9am:
• From 8pm till 10pm: 100€
• From 10pm till 12am: 150€
• From 12am till 9am: 200€

Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und gut gelegen: es gab mehrere Bus- und Bahnhaltestellen in der Nähe, gute Restaurants, einen schnellen Fußweg von der Promenade am Fluss entfernt und auch LX-factory war fußläufig von der Wohnung aus erreichbar. Trotzdem war die Wohnung ruhig und man konnte sich gut nach einem Tag darin entspannen. Immer wieder gerne!

Loved the area and apartment! Was perfect for two weeks for a couple who are always on the move. Lovely part of town, short walk to lovely sunset spots and cafes and restaurants. Really recommend for others visiting Lisbon.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnug mit guter Ausstattung. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ideal auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Es ist ein schönes, altes Haus mit hohen Decken und Stuck, viel Licht, aber auch ringhörig. Den Lärm der Umgebung (Strasse, Flugzeuge) kann man mit geschlossenen Fenstern gut vergessen. Ich habe einen leichten Schlaf und habe trotzdem immer gut geschlafen. Beachte, dass es keinen Balkon und keine Türe zum Schlafzimmer hat. Für 4 Personen scheint mir die Wohnung sehr knapp. Ideal für 1-2 Personen. Während des Wochenendes habe ich jeweils keine Antwort von Joana und ihren vielen HelferInnen bekommen, sodass ich die ersten 4 Tage ohne Wlan verbrachte, da die Infos dazu fehlten. Hingegen habe ich umgehend einen eigenen Staubsauger erhalten, als ich einen ausleihen wollte.

Communication with the host was very good, the only issue that the apartment is a bit smaller than expected, and the location is quite far from the center. You need to take a ride to go to the center area. However everything described was accurate and the apartment was clean

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in dit sfeervol en smaakvol ingericht appartement. Alles was brandschoon bij aankomst, met frisse handdoeken en beddengoed, en de douche was echt heerlijk! De locatie is ideaal: op loopafstand van de stad en met auto snel op de snelweg , en met leuke restaurantjes in de buurt – zelfs direct onder het appartement. Perfect om spontaan een hapje te eten of iets te drinken. Houd er wel rekening mee dat het appartement aan een klinkerstraat ligt waar auto’s goed hoorbaar zijn, en dat er regelmatig vliegtuigen laag overkomen. Met de ramen dicht konden we gelukkig prima slapen. Al met al een charmante plek met karakter, comfort en een levendige omgeving.

Exactly as photos, very comfortable and everything we needed. Appreciated the welcome basket, coffee and washing tablets. Everything was very clean and we found the location to be great - away from touristy areas but easy to walk to the sights. Great cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. We had a hire car and were able to park for free just over the road so we could see the car from the apartment. We had a great stay!
