This apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen.
It is a 4th floor with no elevator and you will need to go up 4 flights of stairs, so will keep you in shape!

House Rules
• All guests identifications will be mandatory required before check-in. The Portuguese Authorities , SEF, Emigration and Foreign Services demand all guests identifications.
• To easy check-in process, you will receive by email a form to fill with your identification that will be sent immediately to SEF.
• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these amenities) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112

For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.
DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE. OPENING COST 200€.

Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Check-in:
• EARLY check-in (from 9am till 3pm): 50€
• LATE check-in (from 8pm till 11pm): 20€
• VERY LATE check-in (from 11pm till 1am): 40€
• EXCEPTIONAL check-in (from 1am till 9am): 100€
Check-out:
• LATE check-out (after 11am): 50€
• Non-agreed LATE check-out will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late.

For assistance between 8pm and 9am:
• From 8pm till 10pm: 100€
• From 10pm till 12am: 150€
• From 12am till 9am: 200€

As Lisbon-Lovers for over 40 years now, we really really enjoyed our stay. It is perfectly far from overtourised Lisboa. The district is authentic and busy. The perfect mix for getting really inside this graceful city. Little restaurants for and with locals inside, parks, abandoned places, shabby hipster stores etc... Easy with public transport or by having a litle walk. Take the ferry to Cacilhas or go to Cascais by train. Take the tram to Graca or Aflama. The apartment was in perfect shape with a stunnig view over the docas, the bridge and historical buildings. Having breakfast with the doors open at the balcony made our day. All worked fine, TV and WIFI enabled some perfect hours even for part-time couch potatoes. We will come back for sure. Muito obrigado. Jella&Bernardinho

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Joana. Sie war total flexibel beim Checkin und hat uns tolle Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt, da wir immer tagweise an den Strand gingen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

This apartment has everything you need for a homely stay in Lisbon. A great location for exploring the area - a short walk into the popular tourist areas but quiet and peaceful with a nice outlook. The towels are plush, the kitchen and bathroom are clean and the bedroom has a fan which was lovely in the summer heat (as well as the aircon). Just be prepared to climb small staircases to the fourth floor of the building. There is a note on the wall about not flushing toilet paper but this wasn't listed in the house rules, when I asked Joana she didn't respond and we had no issues with flushing or sewerage so I'm going to assume it meant not to flush sanitary items. Overall I would recommend this AirBnb!

I stayed in the apartment with my mum and we had everything we needed - well equipped kitchen (utensils, pots, cups, wine glasses, coffee capsules, but no salt/pepper/sugar), cozy place to have breakfast, bed in the bedroom is really comfortable, sofa in the living is fine as well. The view is really lovely and the little square downstairs is very charming. The host left some snack and local wine for us too which was super lovely! As mentioned in other reviews the walk up the stairs to the 4th floor was tough after whole day of sightseeing, be careful if you have mobility issues or can’t carry your suitcase up the narrow corridor. The apartment is very well maintained and clean, it’s a bit tiny though especially considering the slightly slanted walls. There are several bus lines nearby but we ended up taking Ubers everywhere and it went smoothly. We had several very hot days and the AC could’ve been stronger but overall it won’t be a problem.

perfect place to stay one week in Lisbon. I was rowing every day and the place was 15' walking distance from the rowing club. Nice and quite neighborhood, well connected, and Joana was a very responsive host. definitely reccomend to stay at her place!
