This elegant apartment stands out for its decor in soft green and light blue tones, creating a serene retreat!
The space features a bedroom with a double bed and an open-space area combining the living room (with a sofa bed) and a fully equipped kitchen. Complete with a dining table and a functional bathroom, it has everything you need to cook and unwind during your holidays.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building with no elevator, so you will need to go up 2 of flights of stairs.

• All guests identifications will be mandatory required before check-in. The Portuguese Authorities , SEF, Emigration and Foreign Services demand all guests identifications.
• To easy check-in process, you will receive by email a form to fill with your identification that will be sent immediately to SEF.
• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these amenities) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112
For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.
DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE. OPENING COST 200€.
Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

• EARLY check-in (from 9am till 3pm): 50€
• LATE check-in (from 8pm till 11pm): 20€
• VERY LATE check-in (from 11pm till 1am): 40€
• EXCEPTIONAL check-in (from 1am till 9am): 100€
Check-out:
• LATE check-out (after 11am): 50€
• Non-agreed LATE check-out will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late.
For assistance between 8pm and 9am:
• From 8pm till 10pm: 100€
• From 10pm till 12am: 150€
• From 12am till 9am: 200€

The good: easy and friendly communication with the Project Habitat team. The location is great, we loved it. Many great places to eat and drink and much more of a local Lisbon feel than other neighborhoods we've stayed in the past. There's a coffee shop 1 minute away that's perfect for remote work as well. About 12-min walk to LX Factory which is a cool area. The bad: the bathroom is tiiiiny and there weren't hooks for bath towels anywhere so we'd have to drape it over the shower door or leave it on the sink to have it within reach when finishing a shower. The bed only had 2 pillows which were small, so we ended up bringing cushions from the couch to have some extras. Overall we liked the place but felt that it could be made more comfortable considering the price.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hat eine wirklich tolle Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Joana war sehr angenehm, mit klaren Anweisungen. Sowohl der Check in als auch der Check out verliefen absolut reibungslos. Wir waren eine Woche zu zweit hier und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Very satisfied with the stay Host was kind , responsive and flexible Did the little extra to accommodate for our arrival and check out times. House was clean and pleasant. Close to a lot of Lisbons must-sees Would recommend this both to people with touristic but also business travel in mind. 🙂
