This apartment combines historic charm with modern comfort, being fully equipped with air conditioning!
It features two cozy bedrooms, including one en-suite, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The welcoming living room comes with a practical sofa bed and a dining table ideal for sharing meals. The apartment has also a charming balcony that is perfect for taking in the vibrant energy of the city.
The apartment is on the 5th floor of a building with elevator. However, you will need to go up one flight of stairs.

House Rules
• All guests identifications will be mandatory required before check-in. The Portuguese Authorities , SEF, Emigration and Foreign Services demand all guests identifications.
• To easy check-in process, you will receive by email a form to fill with your identification that will be sent immediately to SEF.
• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these amenities) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112

For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.
DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE. OPENING COST 200€.

Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Check-in:
• EARLY check-in (from 9am till 3pm): 50€
• LATE check-in (from 8pm till 11pm): 20€
• VERY LATE check-in (from 11pm till 1am): 40€
• EXCEPTIONAL check-in (from 1am till 9am): 100€
Check-out:
• LATE check-out (after 11am): 50€
• Non-agreed LATE check-out will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late.

For assistance between 8pm and 9am:
• From 8pm till 10pm: 100€
• From 10pm till 12am: 150€
• From 12am till 9am: 200€

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment. It was extremely spacious for our family of four, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus, and we particularly appreciated the washing machine along with the generous supply of washing pods and toilet rolls, which meant we didn’t need to make extra trips to buy essentials. The apartment was very well maintained, spotlessly clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The air conditioning was excellent, which was especially appreciated during the warm weather. We all loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you for helping make our trip to Lisbon so enjoyable.

Had a wonderful stay here. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and was great for our family of four. Clean and nicely furnished. Location is great as well, just one block over from Rua Augusta and central to everything. Would definitely stay again.

We were 2 American couples / 4 friends traveling through Portugal. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs throughout Europe and this was the most “American” like apt we’ve stayed in. Spacious, hot water/ good water pressure, washing machine + dryer combo, even provided conditioner in addition to shampoo. If you only have a couple days in Lisbon, this is the most convenient spot to a lot of tourist viewpoints. I would recommend this place to others for sure as it is clean, safe, convenient. That said, if you are someone who has a bit more time, wants to stay in a more local neighborhood / away from the insane tourist bustle or likes views, I would recommend staying in a different neighborhood.

The apartment in Baxia area was the perfect location. The best was it was on a quiet street. There was a lift on 2nd floor but you still had to climb a couple flights of stairs. Only fit individuals should consider. The apartment was at top on 5th floor. View was lovely. Best shower- modern and great hot water. Limited kitchen supplies- so eating at restaurants works best. Great host who met us at apartment and went over everything.

Estuvimos súper bien. El apartamento es muy acogedor, muy cómodo y confortable. Estaba en una zona muy céntrica pero sin ruido. Muy cerca para visitar las lugares importantes y muy bien conectado. Joana y Hugo estuvieron muy atentos con nosotros. ¡Volvería a repetir!

Beautiful, CLEAN(very important to us) and spacious (for 5 of us) apartment right in the heart of Lisbon. Eventhough it is in the centre of it, but still on a quiet street. Everything is walkable from the house, restaurants, cafes, shops, souvenir shops etc. Love that this apartment have an elevator eventhough you need to climb some stairs to get to the lift and another set of stairs to get to the house from the lift. A bit of a hassle during check-in and check-out day with the luggages, other than that no problem! Guilherme who greeted us at the house was super friendly and explained everything in detail. Made us feel immediately at home! Joana also helped us arranged for airport transfers(return) and the service was efficient too! All in all, will definitely return here again which we are already planning to do so next year!
