The property features three comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, a practical kitchen, and a functional living room with a sofa bed. Its best assets are the outdoor areas: a cozy enclosed balcony and an open-air balcony, perfect for reading a book or enjoying a relaxed breakfast on sunny days.
The apartment is on the ground floor. Between building entrance and apartment, you will need to go up 5/6 steps.

House Rules
• All guests identifications will be mandatory required before check-in. The Portuguese Authorities , SEF, Emigration and Foreign Services demand all guests identifications.
• To easy check-in process, you will receive by email a form to fill with your identification that will be sent immediately to SEF.
• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these amenities) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112

For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.
DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE. OPENING COST 200€.

Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Check-in:
• EARLY check-in (from 9am till 3pm): 50€
• LATE check-in (from 8pm till 11pm): 20€
• VERY LATE check-in (from 11pm till 1am): 40€
• EXCEPTIONAL check-in (from 1am till 9am): 100€
Check-out:
• LATE check-out (after 11am): 50€
• Non-agreed LATE check-out will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late.

For assistance between 8pm and 9am:
• From 8pm till 10pm: 100€
• From 10pm till 12am: 150€
• From 12am till 9am: 200€

Veldig hyggelig leilighet i et veldig hyggelig område. Stille og rolig men samtidig nærme alt. Fin utsikt fra balkongen og leiligheten var romslig, praktisk og svarte til forventningene fra beskrivelsen og bildene. Anbefaler dette stedet!

Cute apartment - good spot for our family to explore Lisbon! Apartment is just a few steps above the street level, offering a quiet space but still easy to get in and out. The balcony had a very beautiful view. One thing to note is that the apartment is very centrally located, but to get from the main busy street, you have to walk a few blocks uphill (you can’t really escape the hills in Lisbon!). Thank you!

We loved Joana's apartment! Very large, convenient and as advertised. Her checkin procedure was perfect with meeting us at the door and giving us not only a great orientation to the apartment but also the surrounding area. We would stay again! One small note: 2 of the 3 bedroom face the street and on the weekends, it can be a bit noisy. As the area does not allow after 10 pm, you may want to get the phone number of the local police if things get too noisy. Can't wait to return!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location! Location. Location. Location. More than enough space for 2 people and on a very quiet but centrally located street. Know it’s an older building (120years!) so you may hear some creaks or footsteps but the street itself is quiet. The beds were also very comfortable! The biggest shoutout is to Mariana!! If we needed more toilet paper, tide pods, or to fix the umbrella on the balcony, she was beyond helpful, quick, and kind! She was warm and made us feel very at home in the space 🙂 We are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Very old apartment in a very old part of town. Very hilly. The apartment was a good space with plenty of room. Seperate dining, lounge and kitchen. Well equipped and clean. Good price . Close to lots of cafes and restaurants.

Joana’s place matched the photos and had all the amenities needed for a longer stay. Great location—close to a vibrant area but quiet. Comfortable beds, nice living space, and a pleasant patio view. Some overgrown vegetation blocked part of the view, which could use a trim but overall, a solid stay.

Zeer fijn verblijf gehad in dit appartement. We verbleven hier toen het 38° C was, terwijl er geen airco aanwezig is. Maar doordat het appartement zich op de gelijkvloers bevindt en we de ramen altijd goed konden afsluiten was het hier steeds vrij koel. De host was heel vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader!
