• All guests identifications will be mandatory required before check-in. The Portuguese Authorities , SEF, Emigration and Foreign Services demand all guests identifications.
• To easy check-in process, you will receive by email a form to fill with your identification that will be sent immediately to SEF.
• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these amenities) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112
For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.
DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE. OPENING COST 200€.
Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

• EARLY check-in (from 9am till 3pm): 50€
• LATE check-in (from 8pm till 11pm): 20€
• VERY LATE check-in (from 11pm till 1am): 40€
• EXCEPTIONAL check-in (from 1am till 9am): 100€
Check-out:
• LATE check-out (after 11am): 50€
• Non-agreed LATE check-out will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late.

This space was beautiful arranged and is located in a part of the city that isn’t too close to the main hustle and bustle yet not too far. Could easily walk to the main avenue in 10 minutes and into the downtown area in 20. Loved this space and would highly recommend.

Absolute Wohlfühl-Wohnung in Lissabon! Wir waren begeistert: Die Wohnung ist nicht nur wunderschön, sondern auch total gemütlich und komplett ausgestattet. Von der Kaffeemaschine bis zum Föhn – es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist unschlagbar zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Miradouros und die Altstadt sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Kommunikation lief auch super entspannt. Klare 5 Sterne und 100% Weiterempfehlung!

The place is spotless and a great fit for a couple (even with two large suitcases!). The host provides coffee, which was a lovely way to start the day. I especially loved the tiny balcony—it was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee in the sun. The complimentary white wine was a thoughtful touch, even though we don't personally drink it. With plenty of amenities and utilities provided, we could spend more time relaxing instead of running back and forth to the store. The location worked well for us; the nearest sights are about a 10-minute walk away. You can start there and walk all the way to the seaside, which is lined with shops, restaurants, and attractions. The area is generally quiet at night. There’s a great ramen spot around the corner and a convenience store (open until midnight) nearby. The host was incredibly responsive. Even though we checked in late, they were very supportive. We really appreciated the excellent service!

Its a very centrally located flat with everything within 15 minutes in a cab or 30 mins by foot. The flat is very pretty. The local recommendations by the host were spot on and would totally recommend the place!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay in Lisbon! I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was super convenient—close to the metro, bus stops, and several grocery stores. The apartment has an amazing view, and I loved sitting outside at the table to enjoy it. It’s nicely decorated and really comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Lisbon!

Super appart! Dans un coin un peu reculé du centre mais la marche pour se rendre dans Alfama était incroyable et fait partie des highlights de mon voyage. Bien que plusieurs streapclub se trouvent près, le quartier est plutôt calme et je me suis sentie en sécurité. L’appart était impeccable et magnifique. Cuisine full équipée, lit confortable, salle de bain super propre. Le seul point négatif était le check in. Quelqu’un devait nous attendre…on nous a donné son numéro de cellulaire. À notre arrivé il n’était pas là. Rien de super compliqué, mais quand tu arrive d’un long voyage avec un cellulaire étranger et que tu dois appeler… mon anglais n’étant pas super en plus… ça a rendu notre check-in un peu compliqué, mais on a réussi à rentrer dans l’appart au bout d’une vingtaine de minutes environ. Pour ma première expérience en airbnb j’avoue avoir souhaité que ce ne serait pas toujours comme ca. Mais c’était vite oublié!Joana nous a donné une longue liste de recommandations très apprécié!
