The apartment is on the 4th floor in a building with elevator. Between building entrance and apartment, you will need to go up 5/6 steps.

• All guests identifications will be mandatory required before check-in. The Portuguese Authorities , SEF, Emigration and Foreign Services demand all guests identifications.
• To easy check-in process, you will receive by email a form to fill with your identification that will be sent immediately to SEF.
• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these amenities) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112
For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.
DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE. OPENING COST 200€.
If you lose or take with you the parking remote control, the replace costs is 200€.
Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

• EARLY check-in (from 9am till 3pm): 50€
• LATE check-in (from 8pm till 11pm): 20€
• VERY LATE check-in (from 11pm till 1am): 40€
• EXCEPTIONAL check-in (from 1am till 9am): 100€
Check-out:
• LATE check-out (after 11am): 50€
• Non-agreed LATE check-out will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late.

Amazing communication- extremely helpful upon arrival - showing in person how everything worked. So helpful! Great location for wandering and exploring- like the world’s oldest bookstore nearby (since 1732!! Who knew!)

An amazing apartment so big and so spacious and beautifully decorated . The apartment is on the top floor so you are away from the noise below , it's come with its own parking space and a balcony you can actual sit on with good views of the river. Perfect location near to great restaurants and easy walk to all attractions. I Loved this apartment and location, this will be my first choice when next i visit Lisbon

After a flood in our initial booking (before we arrived), we were offered this more expensive apartment at no extra cost. We were the lucky ones! Everything about this apartment was gorgeous, comfortable & convenient. Communication was very good. There was a delay in gaining entry due to a communication delay caused by a technical hitches in switching networks on my UK phone on landing, but Hugo who Joana sent to check us in made everything effort to reach me, so the delay was not his fault & he came speedily once we had arrived. Hugo offered a long list great recommendations of restaurants & other information. I only wish we could have stayed longer. A really beautiful place to call home while visiting the equally beautiful & enjoyable Lisbon.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It’s in a great part of town to be able to go in all directions and see all the sites. Very walkable, which was great. Has an elevator that makes it very convenient. It is on the top floor so has beautiful light and a nice view down the main street to the water. Both bedrooms are en suite and both bathrooms have good water, pressure and water temperature. The beds and sheets are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and so convenient having a washer/ dryer. It is beautifully appointed and decorated. Was very clean. The check-in process was great, we were met in person and shown the apartment for any questions we had. We also received a text with all the recommendations we could’ve needed. And for a very reasonable fee, they allowed us to check in quite early and also leave late, which was a huge bonus for us.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. We stayed with two kids-11 and 9 years old. Joana and Hugo were responsive and very accommodating. Gave us plenty of recommendations on local restaurants and places to see. Apartment itself is very large and well decorated, clean, and very well equipped with anything needed during travel. Location is fantastic with easy walking access to all tourists attractions, but quiet if you need some rest. Thank you Joana and Hugo for making our vacation even more enjoyable.

Lizbon'un merkezinde, her yere yakın, geniş, manzaralı harika bir dairede kaldık. Kapalı otoparkta da geniş bir park yeri vardı. Sonraki gelişimde de bu dairede kalmayı çok isterim.

This was a great apartment. Very spacious for the three of us! We could walk to restaurants but were distant enough so the noise of the hustle bustle didn’t reach us. I would stay here any day!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung im Herzen von Lissabon. Die Lage im Stadtzentrum ist perfekt – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Übergabe verlief sehr nett, herzlich und völlig unkompliziert. Man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr groß, sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Insgesamt hat alles reibungslos funktioniert und wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Klare Empfehlung!
