A very modern apartment featuring 3 bedrooms (1 fantastic en-suite) and 2 bathrooms. The open-plan social area seamlessly combines a cozy living room and a dining table, ideal for socializing.
The kitchen comes with all modern amenities. The main highlight is the brightness, with the en-suite, one of the bedrooms, and the kitchen all having direct access to the two private balconies.
Both bedroom, living room and kitchen have air conditioner.
The apartment is on the 6th floor of a building with elevator. Between building entrance and elevator, you will need to go up 4/5 steps.

House Rules
• All guests identifications will be mandatory required before check-in. The Portuguese Authorities , SEF, Emigration and Foreign Services demand all guests identifications.
• To easy check-in process, you will receive by email a form to fill with your identification that will be sent immediately to SEF.
• The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy.
• I expect you to live like a local and enjoy as much as you can your stay.
• Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallways, etc.)
• Please observe quiet times between 10pm and 9am.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Air conditioner should be turned off after 10pm to avoid machine noise during the night.
• Each time you leave the house make sure all windows and doors are closed and lights off.
• We (and the planet) are grateful if you turn off the AC, heaters and fans (if the apartment has these amenities) every time you are outside the property.
• Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parties, drugs, loud noise or any cause of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 500€.
• One set of keys provided. Losing a set of keys costs 200€.
• It will only be provided one set of towels and one set of bed linen per person.
• If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
• Please take all your food and garbage when you leave the apartment.
• Please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
• MEDICAL AND POLICE EMERGENCY NUMBER: 112

For safety reasons please lock the door and close all the windows when no one stays in.
DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCK ON THE INSIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE. OPENING COST 200€.

Not following these rules will occur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Check-in:
• EARLY check-in (from 9am till 3pm): 50€
• LATE check-in (from 8pm till 11pm): 20€
• VERY LATE check-in (from 11pm till 1am): 40€
• EXCEPTIONAL check-in (from 1am till 9am): 100€
Check-out:
• LATE check-out (after 11am): 50€
• Non-agreed LATE check-out will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late.

For assistance between 8pm and 9am:
• From 8pm till 10pm: 100€
• From 10pm till 12am: 150€
• From 12am till 9am: 200€

Wonderful place. The reviews of the smell are accurate, but we had success minimizing them by leaving a living area window open to vent. Overall, the place is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Hugo was very kind and helpful when he met me to check us in. Unsure if there’s a fix for their scent issue as it seems internal to the building as while. Overall I would stay here again!

Het appartement is goed bereikbaar en is schoon. Leuke woonkamer met zitjes, badkamer en slaapkamers zien er goed uit. De communicatie ging ook heel goed.

Overall it was fine with great decoration and furniture and big space with 3 bedrooms. However the only negative was the smell of the apartment like mold or like toilet smell.. very intense smell that might be due to old building but you should do something about it by putting extra aroma candles or something

The location is great, the place looks like in the pictures, it’s a very very nice designed apartment, super aesthetic, just a little bit used.. There was only one thigs that we didn’t know and was a little bit unpleasent: in one of the bedrooms there was a bad smell that I think was coming from the bathroom or outside I don’t know, you couldn’t get rid of it and I am sure it’s pretty uncontrollable, so the hosts can t do anything about it either. The apartment is really beautiful, but very used, some of the windows don’t open, one of the showers was stuck on one mode, the walls are kindof worn out… ( it was extremly clean tho, this was not an issue at all). This apartment is really beautiful and you feel like staying in a designer apartment, it would worth just making some small readjunstments like re painting and fixing just the small stuff. This was not inconvinient, just an observation, orherwise everything was great.

Great location and beautiful, if a bit tired, apartment. Joana's team very friendly and helpful. Issues of the blinds and WCs fixed whilst we were there. Other issues we had to improvise! All the rooms were lovely and it was a relaxing space to hang out after a busy day sightseeing.
